Santos Brazil — Whole Bean, 250g
Our flagship coffee and the foundation of our house blend. Sourced from the legendary Santos region of Brazil, this 100% Arabica is a masterclass in balance and drinkability. Grown at altitudes of 800–1,200 metres on the rolling plateaus of São Paulo state, the beans are processed using the traditional natural method — dried inside the cherry under the Brazilian sun — which imparts a velvety body and deep, cocoa-like sweetness.
Variety: Mundo Novo, Catuai, Bourbon
Process: Natural (dry)
Roast: Medium
Tasting Notes
- Aroma: Roasted hazelnuts and dark chocolate
- Body: Full, velvety, creamy mouthfeel
- Flavour: Milk chocolate, caramel, toasted nuts, with a whisper of dried fruit

- Finish: Smooth and lingering, with faint brown-sugar sweetness
Brewing Guide
Espresso (18g in / 36g out, 25–28s): Rich crema, chocolate-forward, perfect base for a flat white or cappuccino.
Filter / Pour-Over (15g per 250ml, 93°C): Clean, sweet, nutty cup — try a 3-minute drawdown for best results.
Café au Lait (French press, 20g per 300ml, 4 min steep): Our favourite — the gentle sweetness blends beautifully with warm milk.
Grind fresh just before brewing. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
Artisan roasted by Les Torrefacteurs Normands in Normandy, France. 100% Arabica, pure origin.
