Brewing Guide
Italian Moka (fill basket loosely, low heat): Our favourite method — concentrates the floral aromatics beautifully. Best enjoyed black in a small cup throughout the day.
Filter / Pour-Over (16g per 250ml, 94°C): Delicate and tea-like — let the floral notes shine.
Aeropress (inverted, 16g, 1.5 min): Clean, sweet, versatile at any time.
Grind fresh just before brewing. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
Artisan roasted by Les Torrefacteurs Normands in Normandy, France. 100% Arabica, organic, fair-trade certified.
