Costa Rica — Whole Bean, 250g
A truly remarkable single-origin from Costa Rica’s legendary Tarrazú highlands. Grown at 1,200–1,800 metres in rich volcanic soils, these beans develop an extraordinary aromatic complexity that sets them apart. Strictly Hard Bean (SHB) classification ensures only the densest, most flavour-packed cherries are selected. Fully washed and sun-dried on raised beds, this coffee is a showcase of Costa Rica’s world-class terroir.

Brewing Guide
Filter / Pour-Over (15g per 250ml, 93°C): Our top recommendation — highlights the bright acidity and clean finish. Use a V60 or Chemex for best clarity.
French Press (20g per 300ml, 3.5 min): Richer body, still with that signature citrus lift.
Aeropress (inverted, 17g, 1 min steep): Concentrated and vibrant — try it iced in summer!
Grind fresh just before brewing. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
Artisan roasted by Les Torrefacteurs Normands in Normandy, France. 100% Arabica, pure origin.
