Sourced from high-altitude cooperatives in Peru’s Chanchamayo and Cajamarca regions (1,200–1,800 m), this organic, fair-trade certified coffee undergoes a gentle CO₂ decaffeination process that removes 99.9% of caffeine while preserving the full aromatic profile. Full-bodied, intensely aromatic, and completely uncompromised — this is decaf that tastes like real coffee. We hear it every week: “I can’t believe this is decaf.”

Brewing Guide
French Press (20g per 300ml, 4 min steep): Full-bodied, comforting — our favourite for after dinner.
Filter Machine (10g per 150ml): Clean and nutty — a wonderful all-day cup.
Italian Moka (fill basket loosely, low heat): Intense and chocolatey — the evening ritual, preserved.
