Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To withdraw, send a clear statement by email to alianti.bg@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
Return Conditions
- Food products must be unopened and in original packaging
- Items must be in resellable condition
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
- Returns must be shipped within 14 days of your withdrawal notice
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are refunded only if the entire order is returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at alianti.bg@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
